I wouldn't say it was reversible, the underside is non slip. Easy to get covers off for washing, not a long pile furry top, more of a thicker fleecy material. I would have expected the inner cushion to have had a cover, but guess I could make them out of old sheeting.

Can you put the inside in the tubel dryer

I would not advise you to do that... I never wash the inside foam, only the outer cover.

Can you buy replacement covers for this?

No and i found the one I got to be poor quality
