Very solid and sleep knife, easy to use and with a comfortable grip

I've never had a good bread knife, always those thin plastic handle bendy kind. When I started baking sourdough, the knife I had couldn't even scratch the crust, so I knew I needed a new knife. My favorite youtuber's knife recommendation was WAY too expensive though! This knife is well worth the price in my opinion. Very solid feel, and cuts right through a hard sourdough crust with ease. Like others have said, the handle has a bit of a ridge where the tang of the knife (very thick tang) and the handle parts aren't exactly the same size, or it hasn't been polished down or something, but really not a problem for me. This knife is solid, heavy, sharp and durable.

Beautifully package and incredibly sharp so be careful, I cut myself the first time I used it and my husband cut himself the first time he cleaned it!
