Loaded up it is very bulky.I’m not convinced it holds 30l.I packed a lunch box for 2, some snacks and 2 bottles of water. A large flask wouldn’t fit in it.Add on your ice pack as the insulation isn’t that great, and there is not much room, plus, you are lugging a hefty piece of kit around on your back.It is a nice enough bag and good for 2 but not big enough for a family. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Really great bag that's perfect for picnics *by S***T on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 4 April 2022* We bought this as we have a trolley that we sometimes take but it wasn't always suitable and needed a backpack.
