Will this work on quartz countertop chip?

The directions say all kinds of stone and porous material,so if Quartz fits under a type of stone I would think it would work!

What is the viscosity of this product? Will it flow into a narrow crack?

No it will not flow. It is the viscosity of warm peanut butter. For a hairline crack we recommend Lamlock Inflitrating epoxy. That glue is made for crack repairs and has a viscosity close to water. While it will not repair the stone aesthetically at the surface level it will seep into the crack, bonding it from the inside.

can this repair Head stones ?

I do know know from experience, but if the stone is granite- it should .. if it is a softer stone - maybe?
