Review: I've got one of these in my 500 cigar humidor and it works very well at maintaining proper humidity. I would suggest getting the humidor humidity close to 62% before placing one of these humidity 'stabilizers'. If you start out too far away from the control pack humidity rating it won't last as long as it tries to adjust the humidity within the humidor. If you start out close to 62%, it will last for several months before it requires replacement. Note this is a 60gram pack. The smaller 8 gram packs are not suited to a full size humidor but are limited to very small and/or travel humidors - they just don't have enough material to be effective in a larger humidor. Review: Purchased these to try as a replacement for the more expensive name brand. So glad I did, work great and literally 80% cheaper

Nice alternative to the more expensive brand name, though one in my pack was already dry upon opening.

These humidity-control packs work great for a fair amount of time. I've used quite a few Bovida® packs (mostly 62%) in recent years to cure and maintain my herb varieties, and although this type doesn't last quite as long, they are otherwise the equal of the other brands I've tried. I have used a similar style humidity pack (72%), and when it's finished it becomes hard as a brick, whereas a "liquid"-style Bovida® humidity pack forms into hard little crystals. And, although they all function pretty much the same, this brand sells for less, making it worth trying.

These are terrible. They don't humidify anything. I even tried two at a time in several humidors and they made the humidity go down. I then bought some Boveda humi packs and they worked great. There is no comparison. Not worth it. Thumps down on these.
