Was easier to fit than had expected
I thought might have problems as saw only one hole on arm when ordered but actually it had 3 holes and so managed to get it working first time. Took to bits first by gently undoing then secured button on toilet top just hand tightened no tool needed for me, then turned arm back in gently and adjusted a bit to face way I needed then moved whole toilet top nearer and pushed clip through top hole of arm and sat toilet top down in permanent position and it was surprised it works first time and also really well. Looks nice yet Inexpensive nice product. I didn’t need any tools and it was quite fun in the end so would recommend this product.

Simple - But just what I needed !
The flush in our ensuite had been dodgy for months until it finally gave up the ghost a few days ago. All I wanted was a replacement button press but everybody wanted to sell me a complete new flush mechanism which would have entailed some serious plumbing (I hate water). This replacement part fit a treat and only took minutes to fit. It saved me a small fortune and anguish fitting a complete new system

Broke after 3 months
Made of cheap plastic which broke only 3 months after installation.

Quick fix but
This button is quite flimsy and broke within a few days. I ended up replacing the flush valve with a push button in the end . Far better than a flap valve. Whilst I had the cistern apart I decided to replace the inlet valve , donut and the rusted pan connecting bolts.

Poor quality, brittle plastic. Had signs of wear when we received it.
