I need to roll onto my side before getting out of bed normally to not set off my back pain. This helps in pulling myself up. It’s definitely a win. Was really helpful in my abdominal surgery recovery.

I absolutely love this thing. I got it due to a recent abdominal surgery but will keep it attached to my bed due to a bad back.
