One of the best earplugs on the market
I sleep with earplugs every night because my husband’s snoring is extremely loud, and after trying many different brands over the years, Mack’s is the only one I keep buying. Cheaper earplugs I’ve used tend to become hard, uncomfortable, and can even make my ears hurt. These stay soft and comfortable through the night. This pink version seems to be aimed more at women, and while I am a woman, I do not think there is a huge difference between these and Mack’s Ultra tan earplugs. That said, the pink ones do feel softer and a little easier to wear. To use them, you roll the earplug between your fingers, place it in your ear, and let it expand inside the ear canal. The pink ones compress and expand more easily for me, and they feel gentler in my ears compared to the tan ones. The tan earplugs may block slightly more sound, but even sleeping beside an incredibly loud snorer, the difference is not big enough for me to choose comfort over them. I actually like that the pink ones reduce the snoring to more of a background sound without blocking everything completely. That could be helpful for parents who still need to hear a child at night. In my case, I can sleep through my husband’s snoring, but my dog can still wake me if she needs to go outside. Another small bonus is that the pink color hides earwax much better than the tan ones.

Comfortable earplugs for sleep
These are pretty good ear plugs, they are a lot more comfortable to wear to sleep than other ear plugs I have used. They cancel out a lot of noises but you can definitely hear louder noises still, which is because they are not as dense and hard as other ear plugs but if they were they would hurt more when sleeping with them in. What is good about them not canceling out some of the sound is that I can still hear my alarm clock going off, and I can hear my dog bark at me when she has to go outside in the morning. So not total sound cancelation but helps to aid with sleep if you're a light sleeper. But, the bad thing about them not canceling out as much sound as the dense hard ear pugs is that I can definitely still hear my noisy roommates yelling to each other in the morning and they still wake me up, so they only help somewhat with that. Another con with these earplugs is that they get worn out somewhat fast with repeated use every night and when they are worn out they don't compress as small anymore and after a while don't stay in the ear. The new ones work fine so you have to get a new pair when they get worn out, since it comes with so many in the jar it's not really a problem. For the price and how many you get, and how comfortable they are to wear compared to other ear plugs I have used it is a good deal and I would buy them again.

As close to perfect as you can get
Took me a while to find these, but I'm so glad I did! What can I say? My husband snores. The word "snores" seems grossly ineffective to describe the level of what he does. It's more like an ear-splitting, metal-on-metal grinding din, with an intermittent whining/whistling snore to break up the monotony on occasion. Then back to the "tossing the jet engine into the tree stump grinder with a chainsaw" compositions. In moments of desperation, I've taken my pillow and gone to the other end of the house, but his choral arrangement follows me. Yes, all the way to the other end of the house. I've kicked my kids out of their rooms and taken over their beds. His "orchestral manoeuvres in the dark" rattle the doors and windows like an old-time cartoon. There's nowhere I can escape from his nighttime music. I've tried other earplugs and even those big bulky ear protection muffs that you wear on gun ranges (I am seriously not kidding. I wish I was). NOTHING WORKED. Some of the bigger earplugs DID blunt the noise, but they never fit well and tended to work their way out halfway through the night. I happened across these one day and decided to give them a try. I rolled my eyes at the pink (c'mon, pink? really?) and never really thought my ears were tiny and dainty enough to need small earplugs, but apparently, they do. Because the first time I put these in, it was a night-and-day difference. The earplugs fit perfectly the first time, and they fill up, closing up all those lil open spots. So okay, this was cool, and almost right away, I noticed how much of a difference they made. They did not block out all his noise. (I don't think anything really could). But they knock out enough of it that I can sleep. It's pretty darn amazing. And I can still hear my alarm in the morning, which is also pretty nice. So, all AAAAAAAAAAAs for amazing. Oh, the only thing I don't like is that when they're brand new, they can hurt my ears just a bit. idk if it's because they're still a bit on the large side for my "dainty ears" (come on -- my ears are not that small!) or what, but I find that they're only really truly comfortable after they're broken in. Unfortunately, they're also less effective at that point. But hey, you can't always have everything, and this is as close to perfect as I've found in the earplug world, so I'm happy!

Nice and small; only filters sound
If other ear plugs hurt your ears I would give these a shot. They do not block out a lot of noise so look at the rating before you wear them to stop hearing damage. They would not be well suited for attending a Nascar race but might be nice for a concert. For sleeping, these are great. They are soft, flexible, and they block noises that disrupt sleep but you would still hear an alarm. The pink ones have a slit in the back which probably makes them a little more squishy than the purple ones. I’m going to try purple next time. Other brands have left dye inside my ears. This brand does not. This is one of my trusted brands. If you need bigger ones or a bit higher decibel blocking, get the tan ones.

They are small but uncomfortable
They feel great for a few hours but after about two hours they hurt. I needed something I could block out noise during sleep. They don’t block train horns a quarter mile away.

Great Long use earplugs
Best earplugs I've found for long wear comfort. Others leave my ears sore after a few hours. I can wear these all day every day. They are marketed toward women for sleep but I use them in the woodshop and doing yardwork daily.

Ear plugs for smaller ears
I've purchased several earplugs over the years for my partner since I snore! But these are the first ones that fit a smaller ear comfortably without causing pressure or pain. My partner uses them regularly and it blocks out the noise. And they stay in place all night. They're soft, easy to insert, and block enough sound to help sleep without feeling completely cut off from my surroundings. The container is convenient, and since they work so well, I keep reordering them. The company has several different types to choose from.

Nice Color but does not work well. Recommend something else.
I bought these for my wife because I snore. She said they keep falling out and she can still here me snoring when they are in. She got another brand from someone else and she said they worked great. But she does not know the brand. I will try a different brand next.
