Simple but works great ! The balsamic vinegar is the tastiest for the price. I have seen it used as part of the condiments on the table in restaurants in Italy (Way back in the day when you could travel). **Q: How old, how long has the balsamic been aged?** A: It is not clear on the bottle how long this vinegar has been aged, but it seems equivalent to 12-15 years based on my experience of balsamic vinegars that I have purchased in Italy. **Q: Does the bottles carry the I.G.P stamp?** A: The IGP is on the back of the bottle. Best Balsamic Vinegar ever! **Q: How many carbs? net carbs?** A: I don't have a bottle with labels anymore but I looked at the 16 oz. bottle and they have a pic of the back label. It looks like 75 grams per 100 ml. (1/5th of the whole bottle. Not sure of this as the pic is fuzzy. I love this product but haven't re-bought it because it's so expensive.
