I’m a girl with chronic constipation and all kinds of intestine issues. It’s almost a month of taking triphala tablet and this have helped me with my chronic constipation, my bowel is functioning well and i do detox daily now before i always suffered with blotting and constipation, going to toilet once a week but now i’m soo happy. Baidyanath Triphla tablet most effective on stomach clean, better then Himalaya tablets.
Baidynath triphla tablet is far better then Himalaya triphla tablet. Im using Himalaya tablets regular from 2yrs daily in bed time, but my gut is not fully satisfied in morning, After using Baidyanath Triphla tablets from last 2-3 month daily in bed time, it cleans my gut very easily in the morning. Happy with Baidyanath Triphla.
