I was not at home when this box arrived so putting together the lulav today was my first time seeing it. The greenery and etrog are very fresh and beautiful for an affordable price. It will stay fresh through the whole holiday.

High quality, fast-shipping and fresh product. We are very impressed with our lulav and estrog. The leaves are still green and not falling off. Next time, we will order sooner and we are so happy we received our set in time to fulfill mitzvah during the holidays!

The quality is lacking. It came rotten and most of the leaves fell off immediately. But with the new review standards you can only give five stars or it wont post an honest review.

This is the fourth time I’ve ordered my lulav and etrog from the seller. I’ve never had a problem until this year. The shipping box arrived with the Etro loose inside. The Etro box was also inside flat and unassembled. The packaging to keep the etrog secure was also shoved inside the shipping box unused. Therefore, the Etrog was left rolling around during shipment, which knocked off the pitom rendering it unusable. The etrog is also poor quality this year. Mainly green not yellow and no scent. However, I would be willing to overlook all of this if the pitom had been intact.

You get what you pay for. If you're in a bind financially or perhaps you live too far away from a frum community where you can purchase them in person, this lulav/esrog set will usually work. However, sometimes the leaves will be wilted or completely off. If the damage is too severe, it might not be halachically usable. However, the company does do a decent job over all, in my opinion.

Excellent service- delivered via FedEx on Sunday - much quicker than I expected. The quality of etrog is amazing - large size and 100% kosher. Lulav, hadas, and aravah arrived in good condition and no damages. Communication with the seller was very good and prompt. I recommend this seller, and I will buy more in the coming years.

I was late ordering the lulav… and the delivery date was set for Saturday . However, I received my order on Wednesday . I appreciate the fast delivery and the lulav and etrog are very lovely!
