Batteries are bad? Possible. Controller has been sabotaged to run low voltage? Very Possible if your Rex. Bad connection or loose connection on a wire? Very Possible. Wired wrong, not possible. It wouldn't work if it was wired wrong, it would short circuit. Check to make sure you are within the units working voltage and amperage parameters, if so, check all connections are good, if good, return the unit. Its bad. **Q: What are the output specs? What is the max current for each battery voltage 12/24/48V?** A: According to the data sheet the max current for any battery voltage is 60 A.
