I did a review before and didn't like it maybe I didn't use it properly but I must say that I tried it on freshly washed hair to slick it down and it did what it had to do my hair was smooth and tamed in a ponytail

When I first got it, it was a bit too thin, and when I used it on my freshly washed hair, it didn't hold it , and i was about to give up on it,but I left it open for a few hours and and then covered it and left it for a couple weeks. it thickened and now works well.

It actually holds with little to no messy build up! I have natural 4C hair and this hold my hair really well. I apply it then time my hair and walla I have a slick bun!
