STill going strong. I hate 5/6G, and I-phones, which are killing us. This is 4G. Don't like 4G either, but see no choice

Failed in a little over a month (just outside the return period). The reception greatly deteriorated and you could no longer understand the person on the other end (heard every other word) or it would many tries to make a call. Did a factory reset, will probably have to pay money to send it for warranty repairs. And no way to add apps. Really needed to have weather on it, which it does not. Update: after spending $11.00 to send it Coolpad for warranty repairs, they told us it could not be repaired. So, they sent us a new one. The new one is NOT any better - sound issues, poor volume, crackling sound, dropouts, etc. I wish the seller would do the right thing and refund the money and stop offering this piece of hardware.

My husband prefers a simple flip phone and wanted to keep the one he had, but it was not compatible with our new carrier (T Mobile) when we switched last month. The only flip type they offered was $100 and didn't have such good reviews online, so I searched for a better alternative . This Coolpad Snap was far more affordable and seemed to have better features, so I took a chance and bought it here on Amazon. So far, my husband has been VERY happy with the phone -- numbers on keyboard are larger, audio seems clearer and louder than his old phone, and it's keeping its charge for days at a time!! He really doesnt need it for the internet, so though it's quite slow, it 's not a problem for him since he really just wants it for making phone calls. If you want a simple flip phone that's easy to use and has a good battery life, this is a great choice. We're very happy with our purchase!

Tried it out and seems to be a great flip phone. It works great with both my TMobile and my At&t sim card. It’s relatively thin and very light. There aren’t many 4G LTE flip phones to choose from. I am really impressed with Coolpad as a company. Lastly, I really love the big buttons!

I'm a flip-phone guy; had one my whole life, and haven't seen any reason to change to a smart phone yet. I don't do much with my phones: contact list, phone calls, and perhaps occasionally setting an alarm. This phone does all those things, but the UI is horribly slow Button presses often take 1-2 seconds to take effect, and same goes for opening almost anything on the device, such as the menu or contact list. The processor is simply under-powered for the OS they have running on it. And this phone has some bad UI elements too. For instance, if you need to use the keypad while in a call, the screen has to first be on. But the screen turns off after inactivity. So doing a common task like listening through your voicemails and deciding which to delete has become a frustrating task, and leads to accidentally deleting the wrong messages.
