INEFIL ER70S-6 .030-Inch on 10-Pound Spool Carbon Steel Mig Solid Welding Wire

I am just a beginner and just finished a 10 lb. spool of Hobart wire. I bought this because I was hoping to get smoother running and cleaner welds. Inefil did not disappoint. For me it is much easier to maintain a stable arc and flow the puddle to make good transitions at the toes. Seems to be very tolerant of varying arc lengths due to my novice welder skills. It leaves a beautiful clean weld with little spatter or oxidation. I will stick with this manufacturer. Well worth the price. This little test weld in the photo is the first weld I made with it and didn't even wire brush it.

I was extremely skeptical when ordering this wire. At almost half the price of competitor wires I expected sub par performance. I was pleasantly surprised when I switched to it. I ran out of wire in the middle of a welding project (my machine Miller Multimatic 215 running on 220V). I switched over from my Hobart .030 wire to this Inefil wire. I was shocked at the quality of the welds. This wire lays down much smoother than the Hobart wire with much less spatter. It was nice to have a back to back test on the same project, same material / thickness, etc. Looking after the fact, I can clearly tell the welds made with this wire and the Hobart wire. These welds are more even and much better looking overall. This is so good that I ordered 2 more spools in case it become unavailable (or the quality drops) in the future.

I've gone through about half this roll and have yet to find a flaw. It feeds like butter, carries current great, sparks up instantly, and flows and melts into metal like you expect from the highest price stuff. I've welded 18ga to 1/4" with fill and love the stuff. Just buy it. It costs less than the little roll at the big box store

Wire is not spooled correctly and gets stuck every second. Don’t ignore the reviews like I did and spend a little more for quality wire. Update: After checking my machine the bolt that holds the spool was too tight. After loosing it the spool fed flawless. Check your machine if you are having similar issues as I described above. Wire works perfect now, don't hesitate to buy.

I ran out of wire and needed a spool quite fast. I found this wire as a used item. I assumed it was returned for some reason. As it was a Prime item, I couldn't pass it up for the price, about $25. An extremely good price and free shipping (it weighs 10 lbs). As a lot of people know, welding wire is wound on a plastic spool, as was this one. However, 10 lbs of wire + a plastic spool + traveling several thousand miles did a number on the spool. Luckily, all of the pieces were there and some good glue made the spool whole again. A little time spent fixing the spool was well worth the time. I believe the wire is very high quality, which is what counts.

I’m on my third spool of this wire and it performs well. I use this on my Hobart 190 MIG welder with argon/co2 gas and it produces nice clean welds with little splatter. When this roll gets low, I’ll buy another.

Work well in my Reboot welder. Very nice to weld with on mig gas. Bought a couple 2 lb spool to try liked the wire so purchased a 10 lb spool. Good so far!👍👍
