Quick and Easy! I purchased this on a whim and let it sit in my cupboard for a couple of months. One day I needed to use up some blueberries so I decided to try it out. To my pleasant surprise the muffins I made are delicious! So easy to make without having to do much measuring. Baked up great and so I bought another. I can't eat the whole pan at one time so I individually wrapped most of them and froze them. They are just as good too!

This is the best I have ever tasted. I am celiac so it was very important for me to have something that was good and safe. I could not even tell it was gluten free. It was so yummy. I added blueberries. Even my son who is not gluten free loves them. Will be buying this for now on.

It is nice to get gluten free food that my family like. It is so easy to make good muffins are ready to eat.

This has to be the best Gluten Free muffin that I have ever eaten....hands down!!!! I used the whole can and followed the recipe on the side of the can(minus the added sugar, it didn't need it), but added one shredded apple with cinnamon instead of blueberries or chocolate chips etc. I also used a jumbo muffin tin and got six muffins from the can. My husband and I ate the sixth muffin, that's why it is not in the picture! The cooking time for my oven was 28 minutes. Fifteen minutes into the baking, the muffins were starting to brown so I covered them with aluminum foil for the last 10 minutes. They turned out perfect. Even my husband, a non-gluten free person, loved them! He was shocked. I highly recommend this Gluten Free muffin mix.

I don’t know why but I have had a HUGE BLOATING after that muffins . for hours . I cooked it due to recipe mentioned on the pack .

I love GF Jules products. I’ve been buying the muffin mix from Amazon since my celiac diagnosis 18 months ago. I’ve made pumpkin muffins, lemon blueberry muffins, and cranberry orange. All were delicious…and not “good for gluten free”. Honestly good. The biggest con is that you need a lot of ingredients to add to this mix. I don’t mind spending the extra few minutes for a delicious product, but it’s a bit of an adjustment after being able to buy a corn muffin mix that you just add one egg and some milk to.

This mixture is very delicious I made blueberry muffins & they were very light and like cupcakes you will love!
