These little motors work great. I got it with a variable speed unit and it is easy to control the speed.

Really great gear motors for cheap.
Really great gear motors for cheap. They do what they say they do and are well within spec of their stated RPM. I use them for little mechanical trinkets and theyโve never failed me. Some of them can be slightly noisier than others, so be aware of that - none of them are โquietโ though. Functionally theyโre great.

Good motor
I needed a few motors like this, so I ordered this pack along with a larger, more affordable pack to compare. I hoped this one would stand out in quality, but both options performed the same. If you only need three motors, this pack could be right for youโthe motor is smaller than expected, powerful for its size, and very reliable. But if you need more, youโre better off saving money with the larger, less expensive packs, as they deliver the same performance.

Unexpected power from a small package
When I ordered these I expected a flimsy gear system that was adequate enough for a small show piece model of a machine but i was surprised of the intricate and tiny design, more over the torque output. I had attached a drive belt head on this that was almost bigger than this whole assembly, yet it moved my machine like a servo motor, extremely smooth. Unfortunately, due to its tiny size, my options for drive heads were mostly limited to 12 tooth gears, but luckily I did find a belt drive that used the tiny shaft. Will definitely buy more of these for my next project

Slower than listed, one had a wire detached
Pros: โข seem very sturdily built โข they're not quiet, but not any louder than I was expecting. โข listed to be slow, are slow Issues: โข (main issue) listed to be 104 RPM, but are closer to 60 RPM โข 1 out of 3 had one of the wires detached (presumably a bad solder job) If it was running the speed it was supposed to, I'd of been fine with it.
