Seller promptly replaced failed unit under warranty.
After 20 months of use the unit failed. I contacted XYCN, the seller, and they promptly provided a replacement. I had read other reviews about failures and not having recourse... This was not my experience. XYCN promptly replaced the failed unit. Based on my experience I'll buy from them again!
