Product arrived on time. Product works great. Cleaned all my outside windows today. Product works great.

So very well made and handy.

It's a good product. However, be aware that doesn't really work for windows straight in front of you. I bought this to use for the bay window over my sink. Unfortunately, the cleaning pad is on the side which prevents me from getting the angle needed to actually reach the windows in front of me. I will use this for other windows in the house, but I'm back to searching for one to clean my bay windows with.

Well built, adaptable, nice design. I just finished washing my home windows. It worked great. I give the unit, itself, 5 stars. I had one question, however, about the product description. Even so, this scrubber is recommended.

why didn't I buy a short pole before this? this is so easy to wash my house windows inside and out when you don't need height. the squeegee on the same stick is such a time saver. I'm 73 and can't believe I'm just figuring this out. oh well this is good quality too

Not only the products work very well but the company offers an exceptionally good service. I lost a part of my squeegee and thought I could replace it. Because they don't sell parts the entire window squeegee was sent to me. The communication was so friendly and it really makes a difference.

The telescope is built well. Probably good for car windows but not long enough to reach top of the windows in the house. The mop and squeegee are not substantial. Again, roof of car and windshield will be the best application.

I'll be washing the outside of 71 windows on 3 floors of our condo building. I'll be able to clean the outside of 8 huge 4 foot square picture windows that, up until now, were completely inaccessible unless one of our mid-70s owners dragged a 20 foot ladder out into our flower garden and climbed up to accomplish the task (not gonna happen, Sports Fans!) The washable head swivels 180 and the extend-a poles lock in place with flips, ( see pic ) instead of having to twist to tighten. The handle has foam padding!🤯 No more twisting at my waist to try to clean the outside panes. This shows what happens when manufacturers actually TEST their products before selling them. Kudos to this company. And it comes with a 3 year warranty. I. Am. Impressed.

This is not as described, it's only really short. I need one to clean my second floor windows and it hardy ever reaches the top of my first floor windows!! Unable to return too. It's a complete waste of money!
