where can you buy the handle for these stamps?

These all come with a handle but you may have one of tandys cheap stamps that you have to buy a handle for about 5 or $6 ,if not I don't know how the handle because of the high quality of the manufacturer in the Ukraine make very high quality stamps like no one else I know of .these stamps are rugged and have a crispness I havnt seen by anyone else .you can find his name by finding his product on eBay. I think it's Sergay ,I know spelling is wrong but I have texted him on there before I found on Amazon who I frefer to buy from but I'm sure if you have one of his without a handle just ebay search leather stamps and look for the stamps with brass head and that will be him .seems like a real good guy and his work is impeccable.

Can these be used on pho leather?

When you use this type of tool on leather, it requires you to wet the leather so that the fibers can compress upon impact from the tool. When the leather dries it retains the stamp impression. I don’t know how you would accomplish that with fake leather.

Where are these made?

I ordered mine from Bulgaria. The gentleman has a video to help. Love it! I have used it a lot and it still stamps clean and crisp.
