THIS CAUSES A LAXATIVE EFFECT ON STOMACH AND TOO SWEET
Sugar free stuff like this should come with a warning that eating a few more than normal can cause the person to have a laxative effect in their stomachs meaning the person will be running to bathroom due to the laxative effect. And the taste wasn't good. It felt too sweet. Not recommended for those who have a sensitive stomach to laxative inducing sugar free foods.
