This windshield cover really exceeds my expectations! It is thin but seems like it will last. I was worried about it working without a rearview mirror. It fits perfectly in my Ram ProMaster (with no rearview mirror). It completely covers the windshield. It is easier to fold and store in the bag than I thought it would be. Great affordable buy!

This sunshade is great. Honestly, the quality is way better than I expected. It fits my windshield perfectly and I love how it has the Velcro strap to securely attach it. It’s easy to use and store. The packaging says it was for a 4Runner 2010-2026 but I have my doubts that it really is custom. Possibly my example shade had poor quality control or 2010-2026 4Runners have variations not taken into account. The width is OK and the center slit does fit around the mirror stalk. However, the one I received is too tall for my 2017. Because it is too tall it won’t stay in place by itself. It can’t clip into the top of the windshield frame or even against the stowed sun visors so the top corners sag. The passenger side sort of works because the 2017 has a handle on the window post but driver’s side post doesn’t have a handle. Since it overlaps the sun visors a couple of inches past their hinges they can’t be folded down to hold it in place without bowing the shade out at the sides. Otherwise it seems ok for this kind of shade and is easy enough to refold and repack in its bag. You just fold it in half and then twist opposite corners in opposite directions and it curls into itself. There’s an elastic loop you can slide around it that will keep it folded or you can just slip it in the storage bag it comes with. I decided to keep it since it is usable, an improvement over the aging two piece single ply one I have and it was fairly inexpensive with the $5 coupon discount…but the poor fit is going to annoy me every time I use it and I probably I should have returned it.

As the title suggests, yes the rest of the reviews are accurate, this is an incredibly good deal, now folding took some time to get used to, however, it was wroth it!

Update: 3.5 stars. THe fit is VERY snug & you need to get it in all the tight corners. Pro to that is very little sun gets through therefore it protects more. Con is that it's not as easy to just pop it in & leave & a bit time consuming. I gave it 1 more star but think thats a bit generous. Still a decent sturdy product. The fit is too big but it squeezes in. Seems nice & sturdy but folds down to a nice compact round & the bag it comes in nice. But its still a bit big for the new body style 25 tiguan.
