Pomegranate supplement

IT WORKS!
My blood pressure was running past stroke level as much as 200 over 140. Also have A-fib. Doctor put me on two blood pressure pills and levels didn't come down much at all. A friend mentioned pomegranate caps and this one had the most strength. It says to take two caps per day but I'm taking four. So the bottle only lasts 7 days and it's expensive, but my pressure is now down with the addition of eggplant water to within mostly normal levels. I'd love to get my husband on it as well but the cost is something to consider as a bottle then would only last 3 1/2 days.

Fantastic product
So I enjoy opening up the capsules and adding them to water. It tastes pretty good albeit subtle. The most important part is how healthy it is. I definitely feel the anti-inflammatory effects after taking it for 3 months.

Old and Poor Quality
The capsules were discolored and hard, a clear sign they were old. Supplements should support health, not make you question their safety.
