Worked great! Would be better if the catch screws were under the latch bolt so it can’t be removed but it fastened the gate very securely.

I bought these to use to lock my lid down on my solar hot water collection tank. I needed something that would allow a very tight fit snug fit and not allow any heat or steam to escape the tank and allow me to lock down the system if need be.
