Easy to use, and worked all afternoon without problems. Bought this unit for brewing beer and was not sure it could heat 8 gallons and keep it boiling. I was pleasantly surprised that it quickly went from 150 to 215 degrees and I kept it boiling for over and hour at half power. I did have to wire a new outlet for 220v,but now I have a brew station instead of the kitchen.

I got this replacement induction cooktop for an older 2600 watt model and very happy with it. It can boil 2 cups of water in less than a minute (with the correct pan) and when set to 100 C, it just maintains a perfect low simmer! Most induction cooktops aren’t this precise, it’s nice to see that a low-cost unit can be this powerful and precise. Highly recommended. The only negative is the idle wattage is a little high (IMO).

I was recommended to buy this commercial induction cooker by a friend who opened a restaurant. I was a little unsure at the beginning but end up to be very satisfied. It boils water quickly, almost three times faster than my gas stove. I especially like the timing and constant temperature functions, which really save my time and probably utility bill as well. It is also much safer than a gas stove since it cooks without flame. All stainless steel surfaces, easy to clean and seems pretty durable. Highly recommend it, but be aware that it uses 240v.
