I have a narrow foot. I wear a size 8.5 - the small was a bit snug but eventually stretched. Very comfortable to wear at night.

it works very well. Make sure you order the right size. I wear a 13 shoe and the large fit me perfect but so far they are the best.

I have had this product for less than a month. I would’ve contacted the manufacturer but amazon makes it so difficult to reach them directly hence my review with the hopes that they will respond to me here. This product has offered considerable pain relief on the side of my foot as I feel my big toe leaning closer to my other toes and this helps prevent that from happening when I am wearing it. I don’t find it comfortable to wear all night and haven’t considered trying in shoes during the day since I can’t tolerate the cushion between my toe for a long time. I will wear for a little while during the day, if I’m home. I’m not using this product aggressively and have had for exactly one month and it is tearing already :(. I haven’t worn for long periods (as I mentioned) so haven’t washed it yet. This product does fit me perfectly (medium) and isn’t tight or loose; however, if I have barely worn them, it’s disappointing that they are already torn.

So poorly made. Super tight. Even got the large one. My foot size is only 10.5 and still felt extremely uncomfortable. The tightness and pressure make my bunion flare up. I won’t recommend it.

Love these. Will be ordering more. I did have to make an easy adjustment to the silicone. I wore these with slip on shoes without socks. The frequent slipping on and off of the shoes caused one of the silicone toe spacers to tear in the middle because the silicone was a little too tall. They were easily trimmed with scissors. Another fix I needed to make them is to stitch around the oval silicone pad that covers the bunion to keep them in place because they do move around during washing.

Right out of the box I knew these weren't going to be very helpful. The way the gel insert between the toes is positioned, it manages to press uncomfortably against the 2nd toe without actually helping to align the big toe. The seam is placed between the two toes being separated, which feels fine at first, unless you walk around in it and the sleeve slides in such a way that the seam digs into your toes. I didn't even walk around that much on the day I tried to wear this in my shoes, but after a few hours I was desperate to take it off. Maybe it'd be possible to use it for sleep without pain from the weird pressure points, but since it doesn't actually separate my toes properly, it wouldn't provide any benefit. I don't mind if bunion spacer/corrector items cause a bit of discomfort, as long as my toe is ACTUALLY being placed into a better alignment & the discomfort is because the muscles and tendons are adjusting to movement they aren't used to. But this sleeve didn't help with alignment OR provide any relief. The only thing that's OK about them is the gel insert on the side of the foot. It did seem to protect the bunion from the inside of the shoe without adding additional pressure. But it's not really of an improvement over regular bunion cushion pads.

I not only have a bunion but a hammer toe as well! This product aligns the toe/foot bones to allow me to walk again with very little discomfort. The padding on the side gives my bunion relief without adding width to my foot so it fits perfectly in my shoe! This is a great price (I've shopped around!) and a very reliable company. I had an issue with one of the sleeves in the stitching and it was replaced immediately with no questions asked. AND it was delivered on a Sunday! I highly recommend this vendor to do business with!!!!

Great for anyone with bunions.

My mom swears by these so I keep a healthy stock for her. She will wear them in the evening until bedtime and says it really helps re-align her toes. I don't know if its actually re-aligning anything but it does help allievate pain. After awhile (several months), the fabric stretches a little so for the price, i just buy her new ones again.

I was eager to wear these to work today but after having them on for less than a minute i knew they would be far too uncomfortable. Of course you need time to adjust to the way they're putting extra space between your toes, but it's more than just that. I feel like the separators really dig in to the space between my toes, they feel really hard and it hurts my toes to walk with them on. I'm very glad i decided to take them off again before leaving for work. Sitting down and lying in bed with them on is fine so far, and with consistent use i do hope they help with my bunions. Otherwise they fit my feet really well, i don't feel like they're too tight or too big (i have pretty small feet though).

I ordered these bunion protectors recently because the ones I had been using slipped out of place and were uncomfortable to wear. These looked much better and stated to have (and photos showed) a slip resistant lining. The ones I received were exactly the same as the cheap ones I had been using. I cannot recommend these as they were not even remotely like the description and photo of the product. I am using them for now because I needed something immediately, and it wasn't worth the hassle to pay to return them.
