Can I get 3 meter long cable probe?

There was another answer on this. The product uses thermistors, so you can extend the wires yourself as long as you want. They dont sell it, you have to make it yourself.

Is there a replacement probe and cable that is 15 feet long that will work with this thermometer?

I used one from a different thermometer that was no longer working. It is off from the other about.5 degree. If you are good at soldering, you can oprobably splice in enough wire to reach a good sensor location. I don't know why they did not have a long enough wire to get to the outside of a vehicle.

Do you sell the same thermometer but in Celsius/centigrade?

No I do not sell this thermometer however I do use it in some of my applications
