I normally mix it with cold water.The first few times i was noticing that it was still a bit lumpy and there was more residual on the bottom of my shaker than I wanted. So i decided to add really hot tap water, about 2 to 3 oz of the 8oz recommended. That helped it dissolve completely! Now i get every last bit of shake mix... This has got to be one of if not the best shake/meal replacement that I've ever drank!!!I will continue to order this product.I recently was craving a sweet treat, so I mixed 8oz non sweetened coconut milk and 3 ice cubes and blended to 1 1/2 scoops of the mix. Damn was this an awesome way to cure that. This tastes good and has no artificial sweeteners. It mixes well with fruit so I don't have to just have vanilla all the time (but plain vanilla is fine). It keeps me full long enough when I can't sit down to eat anything at work. On average, I'm losing about 0.89 pounds per day average and eat strictly Keto meals; high fat, moderate protein and very, very, very low carb. In fact, I try to limit my carb intake to less than 2%. I have yet to break ketosis while using this method and it's working for me. As an FYI, on my days where I push the exercise envelope, I've lost as much as 1.3 pounds in a 24 hour cycle and keeping it off.
