Is the lining microfiber or plush acrylic or just regular cloth?

It’s not regular cloth and I’m pretty sure it’s microfiber. Having bought 3 different brands initially, this is by far the best at that size and price range. I have 3 of these now and the last one took a while to get, making me think the demand is high.

Will this fit a Beretta 34” trap shotgun

This is a 54" gun slip which fits up to 32" barrel shotguns with extended choke tubes. This will fit a high rib but will be very snug. Please note that you must have a standard length of pull.
