My favorite tea. Great flavor

I have tried several milk oolong tea brands but keep coming back to Tiesta Tea. It has a very nice aroma, the milky taste and buttery feel. Everyone's taste buds are different, so one must experiment. For me, I really like this brand. Is there something better out there at this price-point? Maybe but I'm done trying to find it because I've bought some very expensive brands and was disappointed. I add 1 full tablespoon of leaves into 1.75 liters of 195° water in the morning and just add more water after every cup I pour. Then I reheat for the next cup and drink all day long into the evening. I get 2 days of tea from 1 tablespoon of leaves and each cup tastes exactly the same: delicious milky oolong. I hope you have the same enjoyable experience.

I'm a BIG tea connoisseur, currently with over three dozen teas on my shelf. I tried a milk oolong in San Francisco last summer that knocked my socks off and was attempting to find a local option. After consistently striking out, I turned to Amazon and found what I'd hoped would be my dream tea. This turned out to be a nightmare! Tiesta Tea's milk oolong is the most disgusting tea I've ever ingested. I was barely able to swallow it. It smelled like dusty house paint to start and only got worse during brewing. I brought it to the perfect temp for oolong and removed it promptly. It does have milky notes, but beyond that, it was a very bitter oolong with the heavy presence of industrial chemical factory. Couldn't return it. Don't waste $15 on this. Nothing but regrets.

Not exactly the milk oolong flavor I was looking for, but still this is good tea. I make it almost daily with pleasure, sometimes with added lemon and/or fresh mint!

I'm not sure what determines whether or not a Tiesta tea gets one of those pouches instead of the tin, but I really wish I didn't have to buy a tin every time I wanted a re-supply of the Milk Oolong tea. I'd probably buy it a lot more frequently if there were a more convenient packaging option. But this is a favorite tea of mine. I can usually start one cup in the morning at work and just keep adding hot water and it retains its flavor pretty much all day.

This is wonderful tea. It's got a natural sweetness.

I bought this tea thinking it was unflavoured. My mistake. It is very distinctly flavoured. Not the taste I was going for. If that’s what you want, it’s probably great. I think the description should be more specific. Update Feb2025: This tea really grew on me and now I’m about to order more! Go ahead, give it a try… ;)

I ran out of my favorite milk oolong and I felt lazy so I thought I'd give amazon a try. This has a very unpleasant taste for me compared to the one I get from my local store.

Quality... Will buy again.
