You wouldn't think something this small would do anything, but it works better than holding a warm/hot washcloth on your face and just takes a few minutes. Roll it under hot water, dab it on a towel, and roll it across your eyelids. This is my second one after I accidentally dropped the first and smashed the handle. The only issue I have with this new one is that there is a heart design painted on the tiny handle vs. a heart cutout, which made it easier to hold.
