Great Machine, Even Better Customer Service
I purchased this machine to see if it would help with my chronic lower back pain. After just a few uses I could definitely tell the difference with much less chronic pain and significantly less discomfort even after exerting my back playing pickleball. I have expanded to use it on my upper shoulders now and it is definitely helping there as well. This shockwave therapy really does work ... at least it does for me! I will probably start using it on my calves next. The machine is easy to set up and very easy to use. I was up-and-running in under 10 minutes. The packaging was excellent and it arrived with no damage. I like that they include a couple of extra bullets and the cleaning brush as it is important to keep the unit clean on a regular basis. I did run into the same issue that some others have experienced with the handle having to be replaced. Lily at Customer Service was extremely helpful. I received the new handle in two days and she proactively followed-up to make sure I received it and that the unit was back to working as expected. So far the new handle has been working perfectly so I think I am past that issue now. Lily was also emphatic in reminding me that the machine comes with a one-year warranty. Hopefully I will not need any further help but it is nice to know this company is so responsive when you need them. Overall I highly recommend this machine. When I did my shopping for a shockwave machine I was impressed by the price/features/performance of this unit along with all the positive reviews from people who had purchased it. I am happy to also be getting good results and am glad I made this purchase.

It works!!!
I have used this only twice for tendinitis in both elbows and have improved remarkebly! 5 motnhs of occupational therapy did nothing. Cortisone shots just wore off. Dry needling didn't work, but this machine is so much better. I'm grateful I found this and I thank the manufacturer.

Worked amazingly well for my plantar fasciitis!
Bought machine 10 months ago and have been using on and off since purchase. I have been using for mainly plantar fasciitis (the guy who did youtube review of this machine among others said it wouldn’t work for this condition, he was dead wrong it works great!). It is simple to use. I have the settings dialed in pretty well now. One tip leave it plugged in and it will save the settings even after turned off on machine switch. I write settings on the manual in case it gets unplugged or changed/reset. I like the pistol grip design of the gun. You have the option of grip or barrel or 2 hands if you use it for a long time. Relief is pretty instantaneous. It iseasy to tell when you are over the right spot by the feel. Would absolutely recommend!

Helped when nothing in it else did.
I wanted a shockwave machine (ESWT) because I have an older injury that nobody seemed to be able to help me with. What I read online was that ESWT was often effective with old injuries. I decided on this particular model, and I’ve had it going on two years. Recently, I had a technical problem, and customer service was awesome. I can’t believe how quickly they got back to me, and they were very helpful in guiding me. I’ve never paid for a ESWT session, so I can’t compare to that, but I’ve definitely have had some results. I’ve done a lot of research online, and watched many videos. It seems that more information is now available online, and I’m using it to put together treatment plans for myself. I’m learning that effectiveness is based on taking the right approach to your particular injury. And I’m slowly learning how to do that through my research and trial and error. It definitely seems to be reducing some scar tissue, which is helping with my range of motion. Outside of the injury I’m dealing with, I’ve had other issues because of it. I have found it very effective with plantar fasciitis and Achilles tendinitis. I think it was a good investment, and has certainly paid for itself given how much people charge for ESWT sessions.

This machine is amazing.
I’ve only had this machine for one day. But I’m comparing it to a 30 or $40,000 Gaines Wave machine that I paid $3500 for six sessions on. The build quality is absolutely incredible. So far, it feels exactly the way the machine felt and sounded in the doctors office. Because I have the experience of six 25 minute sessions, I know How it was used on me and I’ve learned from that. For a $1300 machine. I am blown away so far. This could pass for a professional machine in an office. There’s not much information in the book about power settings and what not. So I experimented until I got the sound and the cadence and the feel From my experience in the office. Granted, this only my first day with the machine, but so far… I can’t put it in words what I have here. It’s three times what I thought I was going to get for the money. Time will tell. I live in the Los Angeles area and I drove over 100 miles one way to get to the doctors office With Traffic, it was a 2 1/2 hour drive. The thought that I can use this machine in my home anytime I want to just mind blowing. I’ll tell you what my condition is by what I’m gonna say next. I was contemplating the Phoenix Handheld… The Phoenix was around $900 and it was a totally mechanical Imitation of The Gaines Wave. For only $400 more this machine weighs over 25 pounds. It has multiple size tips for whatever your ailment. Meaning the diameter of the let’s say applicator. I researched and looked around a lot before I decided to buy this one. Time will tell. Depending on your condition, you’re gonna want to buy a tube of lidocaine. And I bought a couple of bottles of ultrasound gel which you’re gonna want. If you don’t know the gel, transfers the wave to your skin. And you’re going to wanna buy a tube or a bottle of sewing machine oil. You have to lube the machine with that you’ll know what it is if you buy one. I’d buy everything I mentioned on Amazon at the same time so you can go right to work when you get everything. Update: Loving this machine… The “mechanical” machine that I mentioned in the above description is good for 70 treatments … Which is 140 Reps … Is a completely mechanical machine that apparently has a life expectancy… I’ve use this machine now for over two weeks and the cadence so to speak… And the energy of the shockwave are completely controllable… So two weeks in I’m super happy… And by the way, the handle which holds the tip and the let’s say piston that goes up and down that produces the shockwave… Replaceable. You can see the replacement parts on Amazon… I don’t know what else to tell you I’m really happy

So far working well for over a year now.
I have had this machine for over a year now. And it has performed very well. I have gone to the professionals to have shockwave therapy done on joints and this machine allows me to do it at my leisure and any joint on my body so it had saved me thousands of dollars. It may not work as well as one of the professional machines but it does work well.

Shockwave Therapy Works!
A few months ago, my doctor diagnosed me with frozen shoulder and directed me to a local physical therapist. That didn't help much. Trying to find a solution I came across shockwave therapy. I had a local consolation and saw a difference immediately, but the continued cost for just 8 sessions was pretty expensive. Looking for an alternative I found the Kalecope Shockwave Therapy Machine for less than the cost of 8 sessions. I ordered it and I am already seeing a difference. Mobility has improved and the pain has lessened. I’ve only used it a few times now, but I think it’s a way better option than paying the chiropractor to have an assistant run the machine. It’s not like insurance will pay for the therapy. The technology they use is not the same, but similar, and does the same job. My wife has had back pain for a while due to her job and wanted to try it. She was amazed and so happy I had gotten it for the house. Now she wants her sister to come over and use it as well! Guess everyone has pain and muscle issues as they get older and this is a great option for us all to help fix these issues at home. I recommend this machine. One suggestion I have in the settings is to start at maybe 1.5 bar and 3500 count. That’s about 5 minutes of time using the system and if you can always increase the bar by .5 until you hit the strength you want.

Great Customer Service
Excellent machine, and even better customer service. The casing of one of the heads was manufactured without the interior threading needed to screw it onto the handpiece (wand). I reached out to customer service using their email, and within a day they'd sent out a replacement (which was sent from China andreceived within a week).
