Board works great and kid loves it! We also purchased the kart you can hook up to it. Unfortunately the kart was junk and didn’t work but the board is great! My only complaint is the speed alert. When you get to 10mph it starts beeping at you not stop and I haven’t figured out a way to go that off. Other than that it’s nice! Wheels light up bright, speakers sound good. I really like the beginner mode, makes it easy for us old folks to use it without becoming a viral video on TikTok

My 9 year old son loves it, he uses it multiple times a day. Battery life is as advertized. The app and control of settings for it could be a little better. It disconnects or freezes up in the app sometimes but once you set it up how the user likes it you dont need to be connected for control. The speaker part works great and plays spotify with no trouble. Its just the changing options like color of lights or turn sensitivity that it gets hung up sometimes. This is a minor complaint for me and over all its a wonderful hoverboard. We like it a lot more then the razor it replaced.

Used it for about 2 weeks. good looking product with great feel and ride quality. However after a week of using it for about 90min-120 min (and enjoying it), around the second week, one fine day, the unit simply shut down on its own while riding after about 15 min. Tried recalibrating and it would not. Plugged in and it's showing all green ( full charge). Starts up and 10 min later shuts down, throwing the rider off. My sone even fell face front and severely bruised knees, shanks and cut his lip. We got careful from then on. Tried various tricks with the unit but did not replace battery because we are in wk3 of purchase. May return.

Update: Item was returned and the new onw oweks as described.... It came brand new straight out of the box and does not work. Worst of all, it was the only thing that I was able to get my daughter for her birthday but she opened it and it isn't working. I am very disappointed in this product considering it is a Jetson product. I hope the replacement works or I will definitely be getting a refund. Also, I bought it a few weeks before her birthday and hadn't opened it prior so the replacement date had almost passed. It was only for a month and usually most items have a 60 day return policy but not this one. So check them when they arrive.

I absolutely love this product. It’s very safe I was afraid at first buying a hover board hearing that they have blown up in the past this one is certified and you can add protection plans. It plays music super loud it’s like a party when I ride it to my friends houses it goes fast it doesn’t throw you off it’s very east to control when it’s about to die it will tilt up on its own and start beeping so you know to be cautions and no rocks or anything gets caught in the off road tires amazing quality!!!!!!!!

It’s fun and all goes abt 12mph but it’s so sensitive to drive

This is a great hoverboard! Its easy to set and use and goes on grass and rocks great! The bluetooth is an added bonus also.

I searched and searched for just the right hoverboard for my sons first (he is 8.). I had a list of specs I knew I wanted. I wanted it to be all terrain, I wanted it to go 8 mps or more, I wanted it to be self balancing as this is his first time on a hoverboard, I wanted it to have a 3 hour battery life minimum, I wanted it to have 7 miles range or more. This is perfect. Checks all the boxes. Now mom has not figured it out quite yet lol! I fall everytime but that is just a me issue. My son drives it like a pro already. Even my 4 year old daughter drives it around like a pro. If you’re looking for a great hover for your children, look no further!
