Kosher certification, no. Original packaging, yes. However, the food product itself is not good at all. Waste of money, in my opinion.

Is the caramel popcorn actually a Ghirardelli product?

I would think it was since it is Ghiradelli chocolate tower. My kids in New York love getting it. Hope this helps. It is a nice Christmas basket.
