The Hub E1 is only compatible with Aqara brand Zigbee devices, not third-party Zigbee devices.

How do l connect the Aqara Hub E1 to the Internet via Wi-Fi?

The hub E1 only supports 2.4GHz Wi-fi networks. If you are using a dual-band router, please turn off the 5GHz Wi-Fi network before adding the hub. Note. Wi-Fi 6 is not supported.

How to connect to Apple home?

Plug the Hub E1 into a USB power source and wait for the yellow light to flash quickly. Ensure your phone is on 2.4GHz Wi-Fi and both E1 and iOS are updated. Open the Apple Home app, tap “Add Accessory,” and scan or enter the HomeKit code.
