Why the result is not Gray?!
Hi,I bought the Ash Gray and used it this morning, but why the result is blonde not gray? 😩

Worst hair dye ever used
I purchased neglecting one review saying that it develops blond/brown color.Thinking that it might be due to my wrong application, next day tried again with longer duration. Same bad result!!!!So i don't suggest this product.
