I rarely write reviews for items I purchase on Amazon. Today however I am making an exception. I ordered this toy for my granddaughter. It was past the 30-day window for return before I was able to see her and give her the present and it did not work. She was a little disappointed however I said I would see if I could get it fixed. I reached out to the seller, and they responded quickly and after verifying that the toy did not work, they immediately replaced it. The new toy works fantastic, and I am very happy to say that they have excellent customer service! I would not hesitate to buy from Bambiya again!

I received this toy today and I am Returning it!!! The volume is ridiculously loud! The quality of the voice is muffled and NOT clear enough to understand. It’s really unfortunate because it’s a cute item. DO NOT RECOMMEND
