Do not buy it at all.
Extremely bad quality, never dissolves. It stays as a paste. This is a reason not possible to return. You bought and got scammed.

I really like that this container lasts for months. The powder dissolves well in water or juice, and since it’s unflavored, it’s easy to mix with other drinks. I’ve noticed it helps a lot with my sleep and muscle recovery after working out. It is a much more budget-friendly option compared to buying capsules.

Excelente producto y más por su precio. Hay que tener cuidado con las cantidades ya que es laxante y puede irritarte si padeces de colitis o colon irritable. El polvo no se diluye en el agua pero no incomoda y se puede tomar sin problemas

I found that there was really no flavor to this, which is what I like. It didn't dissolve totally for me in room temperature water, so I did have a little grittiness in my mouth after drinking it. There is a scoop in there, but you might want to use a teaspoon to search for it. It's very tiny and buried in the powder.
