First class, bakes evenly, easy to remove well shaped tart base

Excellent baking tin
This old fashioned pattern of tin is far better for mince pies and tarts than the shallow, flat bottomed, flared side type which are so common these days. This tray allows a generous amount of filling to be used without it boiling over and if you do manage to overfill and end up with it on the tin it cleans off very easily. This tray is not cheap but it is very well made and will last a lifetime, well worth the asking price and highly recommend if you are a serious home baker who wants to make ‘proper’ pies and tarts. 🤓

great tins, poor packaging
The tins seem very strong and good quality, which justifies the price paid. Dents in the bottom of one of the tins as they arrived in a bag with no protection. Could easily have gone in a box as I had plenty of other items in my order. Keeping them as they were the best ones available and the next lot could be even worse! Do better Amazon.

I made 24 mince pies in a matter of minutes as the tray was easy to clean.

Cleans really well. Bakes really well. Very satisfied. I ended up buying 2 so I can back 24 at the same time - you can easy fit two of these trays next to each other in the oven.

Love this pan! I was making little mincemeat pies, but you could use with any pies. Nice weight. Pies baked perfectly. Seemed just the right depth for small single pies. Even with overflow of the mincemeat on one it cleaned up like a breeze. The pies all easily came out. Just love it and would highly recommend. One thing, this is offered by more than one vendor...be careful about who you order it from. I tried to re-order and ended up getting sent to a listing where the vendor was a 'reseller'

I think I received a returned item, tray arrived without the paper sleeve identifying the tray plus some cups scratched.
