Works perfectly
I used this dock station for my lenovo laptop for more than 7 years. It worked perfectly. Only drawback is its size.

Refurbished or used, not new!
Product works OK, but I received two USED ones. Although sealed in "Original Factory Packaging" both docking stations had property labels on the bottom for "Caliber Home Loans" and had faint scratches consistent with use. There is NOTHING in the description about these being refurbished or used, but the ones I got certainly were.

I often work from home and this has enabled me to have a set up like I do at work. Easy to set up and use.

For moderate user
I got this for my Lenovo T570. It works great. I have an arm for the monitor, and I use the laptop screen as my primary monitor and use the monitor above as my 2nd monitor. Not the most preferred setup. I would say, if 2 monitors is all you need, this doc would be great for you. Many of the monitors today still have a VGA port. But if you’re into Display Port monitors, spend just a bit more for the dual display port docking station. I use that at work. It gets a maximum display of 3 monitors including laptop screen.

The dock does not meet my needs, I can not use this dock to install two monitors and keep my laptop closed, it does not allow a second monitor to be plugged in. Waste of money.
