HP P4014 P4015 Fuser Maintenance Kit CB388A

fab value. This is NOT the OEM Maintenance kit. This was fine with me as the printer was given to me to use for a political action committee I help run. We didn't need to spend triple the amount for the OEM kit. I am a technical person so I found the installation of everything pretty easy. If you need help, youtube and google are your friends! Just printed off a large mailing with this installed and found no issues.

I purchased this in December and three months later, my printer is dead with a fuser error. Checking the web interface on the printer it shows the fuser only has 11% remaining. I don't see how that's possible for a part that was advertised as new. Vendor wasn't any help saying they're unable to process returns or replacements more than 30 days after delivery and suggested I contact the manufacturer.

I gave it four stars because I was lead to believe it was a genuine HP product. It's a knock-off but it arrived when expected and was well packaged. It also got the four stars for abbreviated instruction sheet. If I hadn't used one from another company before I would have had more trouble trying to figure out where the different parts went. It works well and would recommend it to anyone wanting to save some money.

This seems to be a genuine HP Maintenance Kit. Quality was great, and the price was great, and it fixed my fuser error message.

actually....had and still having problems. the first page, after the printer has not been in use for a while, will not be clear. the ink from the top of the page will bleed over to the middle of the page as the roller rotates

I installed this fuser and it worked for a few weeks, but then it started giving me fuser errors. Contacted the company, they honored the warranty and replaced the fuser in short order. No complaints about their service.

Worked great did everything one would expect from a fuser kit and was shipped very quick. The gloves were a bit big for me but I didn't really need them. Also the included instructions were very detailed and helpful. Had purchased 2 additional units based on first purchase, most recent one's fuser failed after less than 4,000 sheets. Had local tech come on-site, fuser is NOT OEM quality. Had to send fuser from this company with tech to avoid core fee, so unable to return and test quality of warranty. Review edited downward to reflect failed component.

5 stars for the real HP branded part.... unfortunately one of the Amazom "vendors" with the lowest price charges you for what you see in the pic... an HP branded item. What you may get is a brown box with a part covered in Chinese writing... a knock off that is very low quality. So be very aware, regardless of the price, that there is the real HP part and a cheap knock off. If you get the HP part you will be just fine. If you get the part that has no HP markings on it or the box then contact the seller right away for a refund. The knock off part that we got the first time lasted 3 months... and then broke. The second order is when I became aware of this discrepancy and discovered the non HP Genuine part that was sent. I hope this review helps you with your purchase.
