Now, to be completely candid, I don't think they are going to give you a tan if you're fair-skinned and haven't been in the sun in a year. I think that's an unreasonable expectation. I usually turn a golden brown as opposed to that deep almost purplish brown that tanning salon junkies always seem to achieve. As far as supplementation goes, it makes you nauseous ASF. I dry heaved every time I took it.
