Do they work on wood and glass and are they smear proof

These pens have a hard tip and are not conducive to working on glass or wood. They do not smear on paper.

Can these art pens write over watercolor and acrylic paint in my art journal?

I asked and the answer I got is yes they can write over watercolor and acrylic paint. However, I have not try it myself.
