Can this brace be worn under clothing and is it noticeable under clothing?

I certainly can be worn under clothing. I wear a tank top between my skin and the brace. And as long as your shirt isn’t too tight, you can’t really notice it. I wear it under scrubs at work and no one notices it.

Would the back panel accommodate a spinal fusion from T10 to L2? My wife is looking for an adjustable brace and this almost fits her needs.
