I have been using this product for the past 10 months. I suffer from IBS type A which means it alternates between d and c periods. Its awful. I tried align and this one alternating them for a month or so and I felt that this one was a better fit for ME ( maybe the probiotics mix this particular product has fit me better, not all guts work the same) because Align caused me more constipation, not anything serious but i wanted to be regular and align kinda hold me back for a few days and I didnt like that. Also I started taking this regularly around the same time I got on the pill. I dont know if that may have something to do with this but I have been able to loose weight and keep it of. I did watch out what i was eating because of my Ibs, BUT I was NOT on a diet perse, I was just avoiding fatty foods, sometimes and trying to eat clean like 90% of the time, maybe 85% i did indulge in junk food sometimes but still, I have lost around 20 lbs in 10 months without really doing anything, I dont really work out (im very lazy) but I work as a T.A in a prek class so I guess you can say I move alot during the day. Maybe My weightloss was a combination off all the things mentioned above. Whatever the case may be, I DIDNT purchase this product to help me loose weight, I only wanted to be able to control my IBS symptoms and.. IBS symptom control --- 1. It has reduced the number of episodes GREATLY. I used to have one every 2 weeks, sometimes more frequent, now I have one maybe once every couple of months and they are NOWHERE near as bad as they were before, and they pass MUCH quicker. 2. I have become regular, I have a BM almost every day and its the way its supposed to be. 3. It has help with bloating though i wouldnt really count on it reducing this problem greatly at least for me because I do consume a lot of products that cause me bloating (white carbs, green veggies, dairy, etc) In CONCLUSION, I would reccomend this product because it has worked for me and It really does do what it says HOWEVER, I advise anyone suffering from a gut dissorder to try out other products along with this one and see which one works for YOU. Not every gut is the same or is lacking the same type of bacteria. Take your time in finding what works for you. ADJUST your regular diet if you suffer from a gut dissorder and you WILL see a GREAT change in your life. I promise you. But you definitely need to help yourself because no matter what product you purchase, it wont work if you keep putting crap in your body. WARNING: I dont know if this was just me but the first few days of taking it,i felt somewhat nauseous . It took a bit for my body to adjust, I know it was this what was causing it because during the time i was alternating this with Align, i noticed the symptoms every time i went back to this, But it was worth it and it wasnt that uncomfortable. It just made me loose my appetite for a couple of days.

I have been suffering from on-again, off-again constipation my whole life. I've been put on "miracle diets", given medication, natural remedies, you name it. What first attracted me to try this supplement is the fact that it's not a laxative, or colon cleanse. It's colon health, and there's no better name for it, in my opinion. When I first purchased this item from my local WalMart a few months ago, I did so simply to give it a try, without much optimism. When I realized how quickly and effectively it worked, I was amazed! It didn't give me ANY discomfort as laxatives do, (they're in fact super aggressive on your insides and I strongly recommend against them) since they don't "force stuff out", but they actually put good bacteria inside to promote digestive health. That makes a world of difference, since I've noticed I don't feel as gassy and bloated all the time, and what's also really cool is that only 1 pill a day will do, so it doesn't make me feel like I'm back on those "medical regimens" that I just dreaded so much... One "sneaky" thing I like to do: Since the bottle they come in is very sturdy, easy to open and not made of cheap plastic, I like re-using it for other pills and simply label it with a post-it. You know those over-the-counters that come wrapped in a way that's impossible to open? I usually open them and empty them all at once into the bottle and stick a label on it. Bam! No more struggling to find a pair of scissors when I'm trying to treat a bad headache or sinus infection! :) Order it through Amazon's "Subscribe and save" program, you'll save so much and it'll be at your home when you need it! :)

There's really not much you can say about a product like this... it either works or it doesn't. In my case, because of a lifelong disability and too many orthopedic injuries to list here... or even remember for that matter, I often have to take a variety of different pain medications... usually the kind the slows down and sometimes stops your system from moving. All too often the pain meds that would relieve my pain frequently left me with another uncomfortable situation... constipation About two years ago I decided to try that yogurt that the cast members often make fun of SNL often make fun of... you know the skit that usually ends with the punchline, "Oops, I just pooped my pants". Well for me, because of those pain medications, often 2 or 3 days after taking the medications I sometimes wished I could poop my pants. The yogurt was awful... I couldn't even eat one cup of the stuff, so this supposedly miracle substance in a cup was nothing but a waste if money. A few months later I came across a commercial for something called Philips Colon Health. Without saying it directly, the ad boasted it would do the same thing the yogurt did, regulate my system. Like I said in the first paragraph, there really isn't much one can say in a review of a product like this... it either works or it doesn't. In my case it worked very well. As long as I take it every day (for me, I take it in the morning along with my vitamins and other daily medications), it keeps me free from those uncomfortable side effects that come as a result of taking my pain meds. I guess the only thing I could add about Philips Colon Health is the comfort. It's easy to take... and when it works, it works comfortably... you know what I mean!

I have been taking the Phillips Colon Health for past two years and highly recommend for daily colon cleanse and relieves bloating. I have tried other probiotics in past but nothing compares to this brand.

these took a few weeks to arrive but not bad as they came from the states,they are cheaper than the align product and am trying these now that i have finished Align to see whether they will keep my digestive problems at bay.
