Does not adhere
Did not adhere to my shoes on day one. I wore them and they moved around. Had they been able to stay in place - they appeared like they would work. I am now trying another brand that people say stays in place.

These work great for giving your feet that extra bit of arch support. Adhere to shoe well, doesn’t move or slip.

These don’t stick to the shoes. The shape is also wrong so overall they are pretty useless. What a waste of a lot of money.
