It is just as described. You do have to insert the pegs which is easily done with a couple of taps with a hammer. Easy way to make hats.

Amazing deal
Crazy that these 9 inch circular looms can go for upwards of $25 on Amazon so this one was a steal for nine bucks. Comes unassembled but only takes a second to pop the pegs in. Comes with two extra pegs as spares. I, like another reviewer, used a hammer to gently pop the pegs securely in since some went in better then others and I wanted them uniform. Comes with the additional tools. Great items for a great price and super quick shipping!

Good quality, missing the hook and needles
The loom is better quality than in some of the sets, where you get multiple circular looms. And mine came with two extra pegs, in case you lose one. But it did not come with either a knitting hook or yarn needles, as indicated in the listing.

Great shipping, no broken pegs, you install them when it arrives. Good value to replace that loom you lent to a friend.

Terrible quality
Terrible quality. You have to place the pegs in yourself. Some of them do not lock it and some lock in way shorter than the rest leaving it uneven. Didn’t even get to finish my first hat and had 4 broken pegs. Pegs falling out while looping. You’re better off going to Michaels or Hobby Lobby and buying a loom without removable pegs. I assumed that’s what this was.
