Delicious spice, useful for everything you roast. Use it on chicken or salmon.
I like the packaging (paper a little plastic) and love the taste and smell. Very fresh due to well sealed package.

Used it on chicken and came out delicious. The instructions on the box were a little confusing.

Put this S*#t on everything!
The absolute best Indian spice mix....great on literally all meats, eggs, roasted veg....you name it. Great in chicken salad. I always have some on hand. Perfect heat and complexity.
