what is the HZ of this product and will work in Japan and Europe with the proper adapters?

I’ve used this in Europe, including Germany, Ireland, and England. Just use appropriate adapter and it automatically using the correct voltage. Never used in Asia but it should work there with the appropriate adapter.

Does it take long to heat up? I had one before that took about a minute is this one like that?

It heats very quickly. I’ve never timed cause it’s always ready quickly. Best iron I’ve ever owned.

No i didn't get a silicone sleeve when I ordered the curling iron.

Still heats up great and you get good curl results

Changes have been made to the original, still heats up great but the on/off button has been moved to right below where you would clamp down on the curling iron. at least three times while styling you shut it off. Terrible place for the on-off button. BEWARE.
