Excuse the daft question: I know electrolytes don't break a fast, but could any of the other ingredients?

Worked fine for me with no issues. Did not break my fast at all. Used for my first 2 long term fast 5 and a 10 day no issues at all. Only reason I've moved to a different product is the levels of electrolytes are not high enough for fasting. Would need to take 10 rather than the stated 2 to get what I needed. So moved to a higher dose of electrolyte.
